There are reminder texts about your appointment, If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hour notice is needed to get deposit back. If not, there is NO REFUND. Same goes for no call/ no show. NO REFUNDS!

All prices are FIRM, if there is any questions as to why a groom is more than the last time, feel free to ask and i will explain. There is many factors that go into grooming and pricing.

If you bring a dog in that is severely matted, It is automatically $90. My equipment works harder meaning more wear and tear. Also the dog goes through alot of discomfort so i go a little slower.

If your dog requires anxiety meds, please give at least an HOUR before appointment for it to kick in.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE DOG ON RETRACTABLE LEASHES OR LOOSE COLLARS/HARNESSES! I live on a cut through road that is busy and i am right off a main road. Need to have control of the dog at all times!

I can not accept a dog and will reschedule if the dog is so overwhelmed it bites in fear. No fault of the owner or dog, it is scary going into a new place without mom or dad! I make all attempts to make it not so scary but sometimes it is just not enough.

I do one dog at a time so there will never be multiple dogs in the salon (unless they come together from the same household).

Yes i have dogs of my own and No they will never be in the salon with me at any time during your appointment! They will however greet you in the window and alert me and the entire neighborhood you have arrived !
